Eule Management

Company owners are often the best managers because they identify with the company and they feel the result of any errors in their own pockets.

As a limited company (Geman GmbH company), Eule has complete ownership of its management team and therefore concentrates on customer issues, and not on shareholder value.

Since all of Eule's managers have many years of experience in technical translation and localization, Eule is in a good position to complete even more complex translation or localization requests competently and with cost benefits.

After studying mathematics and physics, Jörgen founded S&D, a translation company, in 1983 and sold it to INTL in 1998. He held the position of President Enterprise Solutions at this American localization company and, in this role, was responsible for all ERP, CRM and related companies. When INTL.com was acquired by Lionbridge, he moved to the position of Vice President Process and Technology in the USA, working out of their Waltham headquarters for 2 years. After three more years as Managing Director of Lionbridge Germany, he decided it was time to implement his own ideas regarding customer-based services. After her training as an industrial clerk and her subsequent studies in business administration with a focus on taxation and accounting, Ursula Germann put this knowledge in practice in various companies across Germany, both in industry and in trade. To cover all areas of administration, she also completed her training as a personnel development and recruitment specialist. With her many years of experience as a controller and SAP specialist in, amongst others, a world-leading localization company, Ursula was predestined for her task of leading Eule Lokalisierung GmbH into a financially secure future. After completing her degree in technical translation from the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences, Bärbel Habeck acquired extensive experience in the area of localization of SAP contents, both directly for SAP and also for customers who wish to use SAP Software to enhance their business. She soon took over the management of the SAP project group and was certified as a Project Manager by PMI in 2005. As Account Director at Eule, Ingo Schumann is responsible for the management of software/IT translation projects. In the area of company translations, he is the contact person for product managers, documentation managers and decision makers who want to adjust their software products and documentation for international markets.
Having been awarded his degree in technical translation from Flensburg University of Applied Sciences in 1996, he became a Microsoft specialist in the 1990s when, in his role as translator and functional lead, he was responsible for the translation, HTML processing and graphic production for over 30 MS localization projects with a translation volume of about 1.5 million words. Today, Ingo looks after customers such as SUN Microsystems, callas software and Pixelpark, formulates localization strategies and implements multilingual projects.
While relaxing with his family is a top priority, his three daughters also provide the necessary stress training to prepare Ingo for anything that comes his way. In his freetime, this enthusiastic "fan" of the medieval times, provides musical accompaniment to his wife on his bodhrán drum.
Having a diversified background, (amongst others) as a consular officer, Esther Jordt led the translation department at Linotype until she changed fronts and took charge of the selection, qualification and education of translators, engineers and other people involved in localization.. She has excellent relations with a vast pool of globally operating vendors and thus guarantees hassle-free translation and localization projects.
