Our Structure

Every company needs its own expertise in order to offer its customers real added value. Since the core competency of a translation company lies in translation and project management, these features must be present in its permanent team of employees.

However, having salaried, skilled employees allows you to meet niche demands only, as each translator can cover only a finite number of subject domains, in his or her native language.

This inevitably demands for the layer or onion principle (see also Cloud Translation):

  1. Experienced localization specialists, the co-owners of Eule, form the core of Eule. Even the most complex projects will not cause a major headache for us.
  2. The next layer around the core consists of salaried translators, project managers and other specialists who rise to the challenge as we continue to grow.
  3. We procure linguistic expertise for our wide range of languages and other specialized knowledge from our pool of freelancers, many of whom have worked with us for many years now. We thoroughly test new partners and train them in the specific fields.
  4. We achieve growth by pulling reliable resources closer to the core.

By doing this, we can ensure high quality and, at the same time, be flexible.

Cloud Translation

In a similar way to Cloud Computing, in which contents are saved in the network so that they can be accessed from any location, something like Cloud Translation, which is based on the Internet, has emerged as the best way for modern translation.

Business clients place the highest value on quality, flexibility and the highest linguistic competence.

This combination can only be achieved using professional translators who have the required expertise and who live in the relevant target country.

Since no organization can afford to have locations in every country and experts from every specialist area, one needs a network of temporary employees that spans the whole world (or the specialist area that needs to be covered).

This is made possible through server-based Translation Memories (located with the provider) and excellent communication structures.

For this reason, a good translation company becomes a Cloud Translation Provider, which can be used by customers to access the specialist translators in the network.
