Professional interpreters are an absolute necessity for business negotiations or conferences whose participants are from various countries. They not only help to overcome language barriers but they are also experts in inter-cultural communication and therefore contribute to the success of your business negotiations or conference.

The most important thing for successful interpreting is that the interpreter is prepared. The interpreters should be provided with the information material about the conference/negotiations in a timely manner.

We offer the following interpreting services:

Consecutive Interpreting:

The interpreting takes place with a time delay. While the speaker talks, the interpreter takes notes and renders what was said into the required language. This type of interpreting is suitable for discussions with only few participants.

Simultaneous Interpreting:

This type of interpreting requires audio technical equipment. The interpreter, who is sitting in a sound-proof booth, listens to the speakers through headphones and simultaneously interprets what is said into the target language. The conference participants listen to the interpreter through headphones. Simultaneous interpreters mainly work in teams because this form of interpreting is very taxing and the interpreter should switch with a new interpreter in 20 minute intervals.

Chuchotage (Whispered Interpreting):

This type of interpreting does not require any audio technical equipment. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. The interpreter sits close behind the listeners and whispers what is said in the target language.
